Brassica is a new community-to-table restaurant opening Opening Summer 2022 in Gibsons Landing on the Sunshine Coast. Executive chef Jack Chen and team will offer a hyper-local experience, celebrating British Columbia’s bounty of fresh, bright ingredients, all while honouring food producers, farmers, and the changing seasons of the coast.

You’re invited to taste and preview the menu, wildly inspired by the rich abundance of fresh local ingredients from both land and sea.

Beach Day Pop-Up by Brassica is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., offering up great Happy Hour bites and drinks, a full dinner menu, great views, and expansive patio. Guests can look forward to dishes that feature thoughtfully crafted proteins, seafood, and produce, designed with sharing in mind.
