Located in beautiful Madeira Park, on the Sunshine Coast and hosted in a collection of yurts, FibreWorks Studio & Gallery showcases the Fibre Arts – basketry, fibre, paper, textiles and wood, created by local, national and international artists.

FibreWorks’ commitment is to ensure the yurts will remain to be a community of supportive creativity for fibre arts on the Sunshine Coast where individuals can be inspired by and instructed in the myriad of expressions that fibre can take form.

We welcome you to join us at the yurts to enjoy the exhibits in the Gallery, which showcases the works of local through to international fibre artists in a series of exhibits from April to October.

Take a class in the Workshop which provides educational opportunities in different mediums and techniques from Beginner to Master Courses led by professional artists.

Enjoy our year round shop showcasing local artists from the Sunshine Coast in person or online.

Delight in the colours & textures of the Studio which is open to the public, providing an opportunity to purchase hand dyed fibres, hand dyed & hand spun yarn and finished items from local artists.

Community-based social and educational gatherings that are hosted at the Studio are our Slow Sundays and monthly Spin In.
