A community installation to commemorate the Canada 150 celebration. This project will transform the Gallery into the 'Sunshine Coast Pavilion', a community display reminiscent of the cultural pavilions that were a feature of Expo’86 in Vancouver.  This is a design for a local expo, with the Gallery acting as the host, with local organizations, community partners and businesses taking part in the creation of a display that will showcase all that the Sunshine Coast offers to Canada and the world.…

BC Bike Race

BC Bike Race is a seven day mountain bike stage race and has the most singletrack riding of any similar multi-day race. Beginning on Vancouver Island, 500 racers from around the world arrive on the Northern point of the Sunshine Coast on July 8th and will race down the South Coast until July 10th, heading towards Whistler.
